Terms & Conditions for Christmas Lights Bundle Competition
1. The Lightwave Christmas Lights Bundle Competition ("The Competition") is organized by LightwaveRF Ltd.
2. The Competition is open to all participants aged 18 years or older, residing in the United Kingdom, except employees of Lightwave and their immediate family members.
3. To enter the Competition, participants must submit accurate contact details in the entry submission form. Entry window closes at 12pm on 24/12/2025.
4. Only one entry per participant will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
5. The winner of the Competition will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received by 05/01/2026. The winner will be announced on Lightwave's official social media account(s) and will be contacted directly via private message, telephone or email within 48 hours of the announcement.
6. The winner will choose either a Outdoor Chrismas Lights Bundle or an Indoor Christmas Lights along with an L2 Link Plus Hub. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
7. By participating in the Competition, participants agree to grant Lightwave the right to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.
8. Lightwave reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unlawful behavior.
9. Lightwave shall not be held responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions or failures that may occur during the Competition.
10. Lightwave reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time, without prior notice, for any reason beyond its control.
11. By participating in the Competition, participants fully release Lightwave from any liability arising from their participation or use of the prize.
12. Any personal information collected during the Competition will be used in accordance with Lightwave's privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
